Shipping
All turbochargers and fitting kits are assembled to order and are shipped with with DHL Express or Auspost Express. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery from order.
Whilst we endeavor to assemble and despatch orders as quickly as possible sometimes our leadtimes are affected by unforeseen circumstances out of our control. Should the unlikely event occur where we are unable to meet the advertised timeframes one of our friendly staff will notify you as soon as possible.
If you require your kit urgently to meet a specific date or deadline please contact us prior to purchase to we can ensure we meet your lead-time expectations and expedite your order (if possible).
Please be aware that due to the number of turbo configurations, and a large variety of fitting kits, some orders will ship direct from Kinugawa's manufacturing facility in Taiwan.
Returns
If you experience any issue with your purchase or have question - please contact us. We value our customers and we're happy to provide expert help and assistance in order to provide a solution to any issue experienced. As Kinugawa products are custom made to order, we operate a strict no returns policy inline with ACCC guidelines. Returns are authorised only under the following circumstances:
- There is a fault or error with the item supplied that we cannot rectify for you within a reasonable timeframe
- The item supplied is not compatible with the application we specifically advertise it for
- The item supplied differs substantially from our description or specifics we advertise for that item
We regret that we cannot allow a return for reasons outside of our control such as:
- Change of heart / circumstances or ordering error / mistake
- Any fault caused by an installation error, misuse or other external factors beyond our control
- A fault or error that is able to be rectified within a reasonable timeframe
